Company name and decision-maker role Service- and sales-related communications matched to your business and need.
Site visitor data (cookies, IP address) Site improvement, analytics, and the cloop.io assistant's context recognition.
CRM data and product usage Customer relationship management and continuous experience optimization.

We use cookies to make the site work, improve the experience, and power the on-site assistant via cloop.io. Cookies can be necessary, functional, analytical, or marketing-related.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it's actually needed to fulfil the purpose of processing — for example, the duration of an active customer relationship — or as long as legislation, such as accounting law, explicitly requires.
