Questions about the audit

What do you actually need from us to run the audit?
Access to your website analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent) and a 60-minute kick-off call with whoever knows your customers best β€” usually a founder, sales lead, or marketing manager. That's it.
Why is the price range €2,500–5,000?
The price depends on the size and complexity of your site. A 5-page site for a small consultancy is simpler to audit than a 40-page site with multiple buyer segments. We'll give you a fixed price after a short discovery call.
Who attends the walkthrough session?
Whoever will act on the findings β€” typically founders, heads of marketing, and anyone responsible for the website or sales funnel. We recommend 3–5 people so the session stays focused and actionable.
What happens after the audit?
You own the report and can act on it yourself, or with any agency or developer. Many clients use the audit as the starting point for a ROFFI web design project or Cloop Connect installation. There's no obligation to continue with us.
Does the audit include implementation?
No β€” the audit is a diagnostic. It tells you what to fix and why, ordered by priority. Implementation is a separate engagement. You should be free to act on the findings however makes sense for your business.
